The issues about Mandela book that my metee's brought up was the unfairness and inequality that black people in South Africa were going through.
They had to live in reserve areas, and they were only able to leave to work and carry a "passbook with them at all time, if not they were thrown to jail.

Reading Lesson
Every student is in charge of reading Mandela's book as a "class". They need to be able to identify the topic and the issue.
Each students needs to summarize in their own words what they had read.
We will be learning new vocabulary words and write them down in flascards, find the definition of the word and the pronunciation.
Students will learn how to turn the issue into a question.
Students will learn what inference is: is a word or phrase used to signal an inference from the premises to the conclusion of an argument.
Finally students will finish reading the book and be able to tell the story by what they see in the picture.
